Terms of Sale:  Complete Payment Sale Day. Payment for all items must be made in full on
sale day with cash or cashier’s check. A valid bank letter of guaranteed payment must
charged on all lots $2,000.00 and under. Sales Tax will be collected unless buyer has a sales
tax exemption number and completes required forms.

commissions, including but not limited to years, makes, miles, hours, or condition.

Time of payment: ALL BILLS MUST BE PAID IN FULL BEFORE LEAVING THE PREMISES
ON THE DAY OF THE SALE, UNLESS OTHER ARRANGEMENTS HAVE BEEN MADE IN
ADVANCE WITH THE AUCTION STAFF.

BIDDERS: All purchasers are required to register prior to the opening of the sale and sign a
contract agreeing to abide by all Terms of Sale.
Purchasers must keep bidder’s card/number in sight of auctioneer at all times.

Dispute between bidders: If any dispute arises between two or more bidders, the
auctioneer may decide the sale or may immediately put the lot up for sale again, and resell
to the highest bidder. The decision of the
AUCTIONEER shall be final and absolute.

RECORDS: THE RECORD OF SALE KEPT BY THE AUCTIONEER AND
BOOKKEEPER WILL BE TAKEN AS FINAL—IN THE EVENT OF ANY DISPUTE.

CONDITIONS OF ITEMS SOLD: It is the intention of High Country Equipment & Auction
and the seller to list the descriptions and conditions of all items herein contained and
honestly accurately; neither High Country Equipment & Auction,
nor the seller shall be liable for any omissions, errors is descriptions
(including, but not limited to: years, makes, models, serial numbers, hours, miles, or
conditions in the advertising, on invoices, or in this catalog).

Items sold “AS-IS, WHERE-IS” with no warranties implied or expressed.
Not responsible for typographical errors.

COMPLIANCE WITH TERMS OF SALE:  In case of default of payment of bills in full
within the time herein specified, the auctioneer, in addition to all other remedies by law,
may retain all monies received as deposit or otherwise, as liquidated damages.
Lots not paid for and/or removed within the time specified herein may be resold at
public or private sale without further notice, any deficiency together with all
expenses and costs of resale will be paid by the defaulting purchaser.

ADDITIONAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS:  Any additional terms or conditions of sale
added be auctioneer shall be announced prior to auction.

REMOVAL: Removal shall be at the expense, liability, and risk of the purchaser.
Purchases can be removed only on presentation of paid bill.
Upon completion of bidding for each item, that item becomes responsibility
of the successful bidder; Eastern Panhandle Used Truck and Trailer Sales Inc.,
is not responsible for any loss or damage.

ALL ITEMS MUST BE REMOVED BY DATE AND TIME ANNOUNCED BY AUCTIONEER.

AGENCY: The auctioneer is acting as AGENT only,
and is not responsible for the acts of its principle.

Title Policy
There is a $30.00 per lot handling charge on all titled vehicles and/or trailers.
Sales tax is not collected on titled items.

ALL TITLES WILL BE MAILED AFTER TEN BANKING (Mon-Fri) DAYS,
FROM DATE OF SALE, UNLESS SOLD TITLE TO FOLLOW OR TITLE DELAY.

“Title to follow” indicated the title may take longer to obtain.
“Title Delay” means it will definitely be longer before the title is received.
Titles are mailed “certified” which requires a signature upon receipt.

If payment is made with cash or cashier’s check,
the title may be mailed earlier, depending upon availability
(If we are able to mail it before ten banking days, we will do so)

PURCHASER IS REQUIRED TO REMOVE VEHICLE, REGARDLESS OF TITLE STATUS;
BY REMOVAL DEADLINE AT HIS/HER OWN EXPENSE AND LIABILITY.

Titles are filled out to the company name on your invoice.
If no company name is on your invoice, the title is filled out to the individual’s name.

High Country Equipment & Auction guarantees good titles unless item is sold “no title”.
In the event that a title cannot be supplied for an item, which was sold as a titled lot,
the purchaser is entitled to only a refund of the purchase price upon return of the item.
Any work done on vehicle before receipt of title is done at your own risk.

The Auction Company and Seller shall not be responsible for the correct description,
authenticity, genuineness of, or defect in any or all lots.
Grades should only be used as a guide and are not and will not be guaranteed.
Everything sold at this auction will sell where-is and as-is to the highest bidder,
regardless of price.
All items MUST be removed by the
